Data Strategy Lead

As a Data Strategy Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business transformation through data-driven decision making. This opportunity enables you to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy aligned with key business objectives.

  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with key business objectives
  • Lead reporting automation and simplification initiatives
  • Establish governance frameworks for data quality, security, and compliance
  • Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation

This strategic thinker will have excellent communication and project management capabilities, as well as advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes, are also essential.
