Job Title: Enterprise Data Strategy Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Strategy Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive the data vision across the organization.
  • Produce clear and detailed architecture and design documents to guide development teams.
  • Drive data transformation initiatives using industry-leading methodologies.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and manage expectations.

This position requires a strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure native services, including Databricks, and exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or Solution Architect.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within financial services organizations is an asset.
