System Support Professional

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our systems meet the operational needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, introduction to service, sustainment, and enhancement of software and hardware for mission planning.
  • Maintenance and configuration of physical servers, networking hardware, and laptops used for mission planning.
  • Installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of software.
  • Support on Defence strategic networks.
  • Assistance with security accreditation activities for Mission Planning Systems.
  • Identification and management of technical risks, while contributing to program documentation and reporting.
About You

We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in Defence ICT environments and skills in areas such as:

  • Windows platforms (including imaging, security, and server environments).
  • Administration of client operating systems (Windows 10-11).
  • Software scripting, configuration management, and Office applications.
  • Understanding of Defence ICT security accreditation requirements.
