Job Title: Solution Architect for Mission Systems

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our mission systems team. As the Technical Authority, you will be responsible for defining and designing complex systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

This role requires strong technical expertise in system functions, requirements, and architectural definition. You will need to have a high level of experience with functional and operational analysis, as well as business improvement fundamentals.

You will be expected to work autonomously, managing multiple stakeholders and gathering customer requirements for evaluation. Experience with risk and opportunity management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design complex systems, working closely with stakeholders
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and gather customer requirements for evaluation
  • Work autonomously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified in Systems Engineering or relevant field
  • Advanced experience with system functions, requirements, and architectural definition
  • High level of experience with functional and operational analysis, business improvement fundamentals
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, gather customer requirements for evaluation
  • Experience managing and working within business processes
  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management execution
