Job Title: Defence ICT Systems Specialist

Are you a skilled Defence ICT systems specialist looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in developing, integrating and deploying security-accredited ICT systems?

As a Defence ICT Systems Specialist with our team, you will play a key role in ensuring mission systems meet the operational needs of users. Your skills in MS Windows platforms, administration of client operating systems, software scripting and configuration management will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting development, introduction to service, sustainment and enhancement of mission planning software and hardware.
  • Maintenance and configuration of physical servers, networking hardware and mission planning laptops.
  • Installing, configuring, testing and deploying software.
  • Providing support on Defence strategic networks.
  • Assisting with security accreditation activities for Mission Planning Systems.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • MS Windows platforms (including imaging, security and server environments).
  • Administration of client operating systems (Windows 10-11).
  • Software scripting, configuration management and Office applications.
  • Understanding of Defence ICT security accreditation requirements.

Desirable Experience:
  • Aviation Mission Planning systems and AC-C2CS environment.
  • Networking (Layer 2/3), Linux systems administration, SQL databases, VMware/Hyper-V, McAfee and geospatial data.
