**Job Title:** Receptionist / Administration Assistant
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assist the team with daily tasks to support the business function
- Support the team through training and how-to's as required
- Diary management
- Document formatting
- Data audits and preparation of reports on which follow-ups can be conducted, or to affect decisions and drive change
- Event management for quarterly team events
- Make sure all meeting rooms are functional
**Requirements:**
- Experience in an administration role desired, receptionist experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude
- Team player
- Friendly and approachable
- Actively striving towards creating a positive work culture
- Have the confidence to ask questions and drive process improvement
- Love a challenge
