**Job Title:** Receptionist / Administration Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administration Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist the team with daily tasks to support the business function
  • Support the team through training and how-to's as required
  • Diary management
  • Document formatting
  • Data audits and preparation of reports on which follow-ups can be conducted, or to affect decisions and drive change
  • Event management for quarterly team events
  • Make sure all meeting rooms are functional

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in an administration role desired, receptionist experience advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
  • Organised with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude
  • Team player
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Actively striving towards creating a positive work culture
  • Have the confidence to ask questions and drive process improvement
  • Love a challenge
