About the Role

Crown Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sydney Service Department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment and providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our customers.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, has a high-energy approach, and is motivated to succeed. You will have superior organisational skills and sales experience is highly desired. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting Crown's demands.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits to promote Crown's products and services.
  • Deliver prompt and professional quotes to customers.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop key existing accounts.
  • Analyse opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts using local and market research.
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports, and customer correspondence.
  • Develop plans to maximise time with customers to seek new business and enhance customer retention.
  • Utilise online resources to maintain accurate records of sales activity information.
