About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Hobart team. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs
  • Develop customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, and referrals to specialist teams where required
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to execute customer loan maintenance needs and coach Customer Service Officers

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry, and exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous. You must be driven to build long-lasting relationships and deliver a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems are essential.
