About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team at Kinetic.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer feedback, and conducting thorough investigations into complaints.

Your ability to prioritise and resolve issues will directly impact our customer experience, and we are committed to ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Document and disseminate messages effectively, ensuring accurate records and facilitating seamless communication.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that drive continuous improvement.
  • Operate and analyse data from ticketing and tracking systems to inform decision-making and optimise processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
