Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Customer Experience Manager to join our thriving Hobart CBD Zap Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving member growth, sales, care, and retention, as well as providing high-end premium service to our valued clients.
Estimated Salary: $35-$40 per hour (plus commission)
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service roles
- Interest and passion for health and fitness
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
