We're seeking an exceptional Care Manager who can lead and coach clinical and support teams to ensure quality resident outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work safely, following policies and procedures, including IPC, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of aging-related health issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety.
- Previous experience working in Residential Aged Care in a similar role.
- Strong coaching and training skills to influence others.
- Customer-centric approach to business.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
