Key Requirements
  • Experience: You've worked extensively in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs.
  • Qualifications: While formal qualifications are a plus, we value practical experience. A Certificate III in Individual Support/ and or equivalent is essential.
  • What you need: Driver's license, Right to Work in Australia, NDIS Workers Screening Card and Blue Card.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Your ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate care sets you apart.
Responsibilities

Domestic cleaning, personal care, ADLs, transportation, community access, and companionship are key responsibilities of this role.
