The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Automotive Finance partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing broker partners to drive volume growth
- Conduct outbound sales calls and training sessions remotely via Zoom
- Work closely with our Business Development Managers to ensure our partners are equipped to succeed
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to our partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- 1+ years' experience in customer solutions oriented/sales/account management, ideally within financial services
- A proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management and organizational skills
