Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing Liquidnet's presence in APAC, focusing on expanding our offering to Australian-based clients. This role will provide day-to-day coverage of Liquidnet members, forging deep relationships and understanding each member's business and trading workflows to tailor Liquidnet's products to their needs. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the Liquidnet trading ecosystem, market trends, and be able to articulate how these areas fit together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with members to maximise trading opportunities during trading hours
  • Provide proactive management of trading opportunities, leveraging Sales Analytics insights and trade-related data to enhance members' overall trading and investment performance
  • Develop deep knowledge of members' trading styles and responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage member relationships and expectations
  • Develop and deliver internal and external reporting to reinforce Liquidnet values and maximise opportunities

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in equity markets
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments in Asia, Europe, and US
  • Proven track record of influencing outcomes
  • Understanding of electronic trading in Asia Pacific, including algorithmic products and TCA
  • Demonstrated credibility within the industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
