About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Support clients in their employment and education goals, helping them to develop skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
