We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to join our team on a casual basis. As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to clients in a group home setting, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Support clients to develop skills and independence, promoting their autonomy and self-advocacy.
  • Facilitate community engagement and participation, helping clients to build relationships and connections.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Transport clients, as required, using our organization's minivan.
Requirements
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred.
  • Live locally to our service locations.
