Senior Culture and HR Strategist
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Culture and HR Strategist to play a critical role in shaping business outcomes and leading high-impact initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver impactful people strategies.
About the Role:- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business results and enhance organisational performance.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards.
- Lead and mentor a small HR team to promote growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Partner with site leaders to strengthen leadership capability and develop robust talent pipelines.
- Contribute to organisation-wide projects focused on diversity, wellbeing, and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role with a proven track record of delivering strategic HR outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead change and support leadership through transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting children therapy and early years environments.
- Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
