As a Senior User Experience Designer in our Commodities and Global Markets division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Manage the design process from Discovery to Delivery for various digital solutions, ensuring a cohesive user experience and visually compelling design across all platforms.
Your Skills
  • At least 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in a digital product-focused environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design solutions, and visual design skills across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of technical constraints and possibilities of digital product development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to different stakeholders.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 depending on experience.
