Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team at Qantas Airways Limited.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve our design process and outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, and the ability to apply these principles to real-world design challenges.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
