Corporate Recovery Specialists

Job Overview: Corporate recovery specialists are required to work with clients across Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting clients in placing companies into insolvency procedures or solvent liquidation
  • Liaising with lawyers, directors, registered agents, and regulatory bodies
  • Preparing statutory documents and ensuring all statutory filing requirements are completed
  • Collecting and realising assets
  • Adjudicating creditor and investor claims
  • Calculating and paying distributions to creditors and shareholders
  • Drafting reports and maintaining financial records
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of corporate recovery experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment
