Job Title: Financial Recovery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior team members with financial recovery tasks.
  • Monitor and meet statutory and compliance deadlines.
  • Liaise with banks, lawyers, agents, and auctioneers.
  • Compile reports and conduct investigations with supervision.
  • Help with asset recovery and review of company activities.
  • Handle ASIC submissions and prepare regulatory filings.
  • Analyse and interpret financial information.
  • Communicate with directors, creditors, financial institutions, and regulators.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce with an Accounting Major or other relevant studies (completed or in progress final year).
  • Relevant experience in corporate insolvency of at least 1 year.
  • Interest to study CAANZ/CPA.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines.
  • Ability to liaise with banks, lawyers, and other professionals.
