Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with excellent remuneration and career opportunities.

The Role:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire debt recovery process from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and provide recommendations for improvement.

A successful Debt Recovery Specialist will possess excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work effectively under pressure.
