We are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to join our team at Capricorn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellence in the completion of application assessment, satisfaction of approval conditions, follow-up and settlement of finance deals.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading automotive and allied repair Member-owned organisation with over 30,000 Members across Australia and New Zealand. As a Lending Specialist, you will work closely with the Lending Services Manager to provide support to team members and drive change effectively.

About You:
  • You have up to 2 years' experience in a lending role;
  • You have intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite;
  • You have exposure to basic accounting principles and ability to read financial statements (desirable);
  • You have an understanding of Credit Lending principles;
  • You have experience in dealing with AML and privacy compliance checks (desirable).
