Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working arrangements, development opportunities, paid parental leave, and a range of exclusive products and services.

Job Description

As a Financial Services Representative - Payment Reminder Specialist, you'll play a critical role in reminding Members of their payment obligations across all products within our Terms and Conditions.

You'll be responsible for providing excellence in Member Service, ensuring that Members are aware of their financial commitments and taking proactive steps to resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A sound understanding of accounting principles with an emphasis on accounts receivable;
  • The ability to make sound judgements based on business needs, objectives, and principles;
  • Good numeracy skills with exceptional accuracy and a high level of attention to detail;
  • Able to demonstrate sound communication skills, both verbal and written, and converse at all levels within the organisation and externally;
  • Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm.
