Client Liaison

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Liaison to excel in the delivery of exceptional customer service.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be an ambassador for FENDI, playing a pivotal part in fostering lasting relationships with discerning clientele. As a Client Liaison, you will be immersed in the world of FENDI, providing expert guidance and personalized support that reflects the brand's DNA at every touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities
  • Elevated Client Experience: Showcase the breadth of the FENDI collection, engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by highlighting the quality of the FENDI products, maintaining meticulous stock management practices and adhering to all security compliance protocols.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand the FENDI community through strategic CRM activities, exclusive events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Presentation: Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring a captivating and luxurious environment that aligns with FENDI's aesthetic.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for luxury fashion with a strong eye for detail, accompanied by experience in clienteling, knowledge of materials, and appreciation for craftsmanship.
  • Proven retail sales experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Agile, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Bilingual speakers (an advantage).
