
Senior Customer Advocate

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Sydney Market.
You will utilize strategic selling skills, product expertise, and proactive client follow-up to build strong relationships with customers and achieve individual sales targets.
Additionally, you will support the team with effective sales coaching and contribute to maximizing overall sales effectiveness.
- Provide personalized interactions and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative selling skills.
- Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
