About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Centre Ambassador to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer contact to provide a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Facilitate online sales and strive to meet set goals and objectives.
  • Provide a world-class remote experience, regardless of the channel of communication or topic of enquiry.
  • Drive a client-centric approach to each client interaction, fostering a strong connection and loyalty.
  • Follow Cartier's policies and procedures as outlined during training and guidelines.
  • Proactively offer solutions and maintain constant communication with clients, especially in cases of complaints or operational challenges.
  • Connect directly with subject matter experts when necessary to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
  • Escalate emergency system issues to the team leader in a timely manner and report findings on system improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact centre/eCommerce, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with Mandarin fluency a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SAP CRM and Salesforce a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and have weekend and public holiday availability if required.
