Solutions Architect Role in Dynamic Markets\

As a solutions architect, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and services team in driving revenue growth through the effective deployment of technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with regional sales managers to identify key opportunities and develop tailored proposals that meet customer needs.

This role requires a unique blend of technical and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for ensuring that our technical standards are consistently met during pre- and post-sales activities. This includes managing customer expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that proposed deals include accurate and cost-effective technical solutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in studio/broadcast/live event video production or equivalent. They will possess strong knowledge of industry-standard protocols, connectors, and terminations. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include participating in sales opportunities, scoping technical solutions, coordinating with internal teams, educating colleagues on product knowledge, and engaging in customer-facing presentations and demos.
