Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technical Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for a senior technical consultant who can provide escalation support, strengthen client environments, and contribute to project delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting client environments across servers, networking, and cloud infrastructure
  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances
  • Supporting cybersecurity initiatives including Essential Eight compliance (patching, app whitelisting, admin access restrictions)
  • Hardening Microsoft 365 environments (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, Intune)
  • Assisting with vulnerability remediation following pen tests or Nessus scans
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to documentation and process improvements
  • Engaging directly with clients to deliver both technical solutions and strategic IT input
Skill Requirements
  • Expertise in server, network, and cloud management
  • Knowledge of firewall, VPN, and security appliance configuration and maintenance
  • Experience with cybersecurity initiatives and Essential Eight compliance
  • Skills in Microsoft 365 environment hardening and vulnerability remediation
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and process improvements
