Securities Finance Portfolio Lead

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our securities finance portfolio. This role will focus on developing and executing trading strategies across various product lines.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize balance sheet efficiency and revenue generation.
- Lead trade execution and transaction management; leverage derivatives and physicals to drive internal investment strategies.
- Build and maintain key relationships with agency lenders, brokers, asset managers, and other service providers.
- Pursue expansion opportunities in synthetic derivatives and related areas to drive revenue growth.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in securities finance (stock lending, repo, TRS, or prime brokerage).
- Strong understanding of loan and TRS documentation.
- Familiarity with capital and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RWA, liquidity constraints).
- Background in buy-side treasury/portfolio finance or sell-side financing desk (delta one, repo, prime).
- Excellent pricing knowledge and derivatives trading experience.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
