Securities Finance Portfolio Manager – Leadership Position

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the securities finance book, focusing on trading and strategy development to drive performance delivery.
- The successful candidate will be in charge of managing the securities finance portfolio to optimize balance sheet efficiency and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute strategies for trading and transaction management across derivatives and physicals to support internal investment objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners including agency lenders, brokers, asset managers, and other service providers.
- Identify opportunities for growth in synthetic derivatives and related product areas to contribute to revenue expansion targets.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in securities finance with a solid understanding of loan and TRS documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including RWA and liquidity constraints.
- Background from buy-side treasury/portfolio finance or sell-side financing desk with knowledge of pricing and derivatives trading.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
