Securities Finance Portfolio Lead

Lead a team in securities finance, overseeing trading and strategy development to optimize performance across the securities finance book.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the securities finance portfolio to enhance balance sheet efficiency and revenue generation.
- Execute trades and manage transactions, leveraging derivatives and physicals to support internal investment strategies.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including agency lenders, brokers, asset managers, and service providers.
- Expand capabilities in synthetic derivatives and related areas, contributing to revenue growth objectives.
- At least 12 years' experience in securities finance (stock lending, repo, TRS, or prime brokerage).
- A solid understanding of loan and TRS documentation.
- Familiarity with capital and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience from buy-side treasury/portfolio finance or sell-side financing desks.
- Strong pricing knowledge and preferably derivatives trading experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
