Lead a key role in the Securities Finance business, driving revenue growth and balance sheet efficiency.

Manage the securities finance portfolio to deliver performance across the book, leveraging derivatives and physicals to support internal investment strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with lenders, brokers, asset managers, and service providers to drive capabilities in synthetic derivatives and related product areas.

Contribute to expansion targets by leading trade execution, transaction management, and strategy development within the Income and Markets division.

Qualifications and Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in securities finance (stock lending, repo, TRS, or prime brokerage).
  • Strong understanding of loan and TRS documentation.
  • Familiarity with capital and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience from buy-side treasury/portfolio finance or sell-side financing desk (delta one, repo, prime).
  • Strong pricing knowledge and derivatives trading experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
