Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our securities finance business, drive revenue growth, and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the securities finance portfolio to optimize balance sheet efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Lead trade execution and transaction management, utilizing derivatives and physicals to support internal investment strategies.
  • Built and maintain relationships with agency lenders, brokers, asset managers, and other service providers.
  • Drive expansion of capabilities in synthetic derivatives and related product areas, contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in securities finance (stock lending, repo, TRS, or prime brokerage).
  • Strong understanding of loan and TRS documentation.
  • Familiarity with capital and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RWA, liquidity constraints).
  • Experience from buy-side treasury/portfolio finance or sell-side financing desk (delta one, repo, prime).
  • Strong pricing knowledge and ideally derivatives trading experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
