Director of Admissions and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our admissions and marketing efforts. A seasoned candidate will have a proven track record in student recruitment and marketing, with expertise in the Australian market.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract local students in local and overseas markets.
  • Collaborate on the design and development of competitive courses that meet the needs of our students.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant institutions for student recruitment and brand enhancement.
  • Represent the college in recruitment and promotional events, showcasing our unique selling proposition.
  • Oversee the college's media platforms, ensuring consistency with our marketing strategy and brand image.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, PR, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in student recruitment or marketing, with a strong understanding of the Australian market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in a foreign language beyond English.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and brand promotion.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative, team-spirited, and professional approach to work.
