Role Summary

Job Title: Admissions Team Leader

The Critical Position of the Admissions Team Leader plays a pivotal part in driving operational efficiency, fostering collaborative team dynamics and supporting student admissions goals.

This role requires Exceptional Leadership Skills to manage, lead and develop direct reports and casual staff within an environment that promotes respect, accountability, quality service and facilities, and fosters initiative and innovation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, allocating, managing and monitoring the workload of the team daily and over the longer term (yearly cycle)
  • Liaising with other Admission Team Leaders to ensure selection decisions are fair, consistent, transparent and in line with University policy and external regulations

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience successfully dealing with a variety of stakeholders from a variety of cultural backgrounds

A relevant tertiary qualification and 5 years' experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and experience is also required.
