Job Title: Director of Marketing, Global Recruitment and Admissions

The University is seeking a Director of Marketing, Global Recruitment & Admissions to play a central role in shaping the university's future. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a global outlook, passion for higher education, and commitment to excellence.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that connects the University with the world.
  • Lead and motivate a team of directors responsible for marketing, student recruitment and admissions and the international office.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new opportunities to build the University's international profile and reputation.
  2. Develop and deliver a strategic plan that aligns with the University's vision.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  4. Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strategic leadership experience in a higher education or similar setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
