
Culture Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a People & Culture Associate. This role will play a key part in promoting our organization as an Employer of Choice and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, manage accurate recruitment records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Promote Our Organization: We are looking for someone who can promote our organization as an Employer of Choice through various employer branding initiatives.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from attraction to onboarding of suitable talent.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding Initiatives: Support employer branding initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Accurate Recruitment Records: Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure fair, merit-based processes align with relevant legislation.
- Certificate IV in Human Resources: A Certificate IV in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar qualification is required.
- Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence is necessary for this role.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC): The successful candidate must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong time management, are essential.
- Competing Priorities: The ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism is required.
- Team Player: A team player mindset, proactive approach, and flexibility are highly valued in this role.
