**Aboriginal Care Coordinator Role**
This pivotal role supports Aboriginal patients and their families throughout their cancer care journey, ensuring services are culturally safe, accessible, and responsive.
- Provide leadership in care coordination across clinical units, services, and community providers.
- Advocate for improved patient experiences by embedding culturally safe practices.
The successful candidate will have a cultural connection to Tamworth and the surrounding Aboriginal community, with knowledge of Aboriginal health services and the barriers Aboriginal people may face when accessing care.
