Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a Trade Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware products to customers.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries.
- Proven experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move products (up to 25kgs).
