About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Leader to join our team at Nickel West. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical support to the reliability team.

Your focus will be on ensuring the improvement of maintenance performance and downtime through analysis and providing reliability engineering services to support the efficient and effective operation of Refinery functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by actively engaging in field leadership programs.
  • Promote and coach operational discipline and high performance in work execution, enhancing the technical knowledge of team members.
  • Drive a defect elimination mindset in the team to eliminate repeat failures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant maintenance experience.
  • Significant experience in leadership roles of large teams.
  • Experience working in major hazard facilities will be advantageous.
