Roster: 8D/6R – FIFO from Perth

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of reliability engineers.
  • Oversee personnel management, training, succession planning, and recruitment to drive business success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that delivers exceptional results.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance, shutdown, and project teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies and task lists to minimize downtime.
  • Follow the Reliability Roadmap, including FMEA, bad actor analysis, and spare parts management (BOM), to drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, including reliability, decarbonization, and operational metrics, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as Control Owner for Critical Risks Management, ensuring effective mitigation measures are in place.
  • Maintain compliance with internal standards, external regulations, and best practice reliability principles to protect our assets.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Prior experience in reliability engineering and technical team leadership is essential.
  • A strong understanding of asset management principles, reliability metrics, and relevant legislation is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills are crucial for success in this role.
