Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you become the face of our brands in-store, driving growth across our beverage portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory, growing distribution, securing displays, and driving promotional compliance.
  • Average 5 customer calls per day, building in-store visibility, upselling promotions, and executing banner programs.
  • Travel within territory, including metro suburbs and fortnightly regional runs.
  • Build effective long-term customer relationships through regular call coverage, reviews, and insights.
About You
  • Previous field sales experience in FMCG, ideally across both alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; confident selling value propositions and driving in-store impact.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organisational skills, comfortable working independently across a wide territory.
  • Resilient, accountable, and proactive – able to adapt quickly and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
