Cardiovascular Quality Assurance Specialist

The Echo Technologist Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of sonography services within our department. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to new hires, as well as evaluating the performance of sonographers.
About this Role- This role will work closely with the Medical Director to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for the echo program, including lecture development and valve clinic review.
- The successful candidate will maintain ICAEL standards and oversee the recertification process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A Graduate degree from an accredited cardiac sonography program is required.
- Registration with a reputable professional body (RDCS, RDMS, or RCS) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer is essential.
