Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing expertise to cross-functional teams, facilitating total quality methods associated with raw material and fabrication activities, and monitoring the quality of manufactured and purchased products.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a team environment. A strong understanding of quality systems and processes is also required, as well as the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Coordinate PPAP documentation and ensure it meets customer-specific requirements.
- Qualify first-piece fabrication products and perform random quality checks indicated by quality specifications.
- Update PPAP documentation to reflect product process changes resulting from corrective and preventative actions related to RMAs.
- Support sales and APQP processes, including conducting quality portions of APQP approvals.
