Are you looking for a new challenge in the world of payments? We have an exciting opportunity available for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves monitoring customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy and speed. You will identify, investigate and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
You will also be responsible for improving deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshooting technical issues and suggesting improvements to streamline payment processes.
In addition, you will provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues, including transaction disputes, failed or missing payments and general deposit and withdrawal-related inquiries.
You will track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies and generate reports to help optimise payment strategies. You will also analyse payment success rates, transaction volume and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires dynamic thinking and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and implement process improvements.
We are looking for someone who has experience in online payments and has strong analytical skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a solid understanding of online payment systems.
A bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field is required. If you have experience in the Payments industry, Gambling industry, E-commerce industry (Global), Online retail (Payments), Fintech or with PSPs (Payment Service Providers) it would be an advantage.
