Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital payment solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with finance systems in the areas of payments and servicing.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with global digital payment solutions providers, onboarding new providers, and ensuring the successful delivery of payment channels and technology solutions.

  • Demonstrate negotiation and account management skills to achieve business goals and negotiate terms and conditions with PSPs.
  • Liaise and support technical teams in testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure seamless integration with internal systems.
  • Analyse data to perform account management functions, including success rates and costs.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to onboard new Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) and bank accounts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Japanese is an added advantage).
  • Experience working with finance systems in the areas of payments and servicing.
  • Demonstrable negotiation and account management skills.
