About the Position

The Digital Payments Relationship Manager plays a vital role in supporting and growing merchant relationships at Fat Zebra. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will act as a trusted partner to existing merchants, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.

This position combines relationship building with technical expertise. You will work closely with sales and product teams to meet the evolving needs of merchants, monitoring account health, engagement, and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
