Payment Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure payment solutions. This role will focus on card issuing, acquiring, switching, merchant services with emphasis on real-time payments, e-commerce, and omnichannel capabilities.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Payments Professional to take on a leadership role in shaping our payment platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture within the payments domain and be well-versed in industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Delivery: Lead the design and delivery of payment solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Solution Architecture: Define and maintain target state architecture and roadmaps for our payment platforms.
- Tech Leadership: Provide technical leadership for digital transformation initiatives using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements guide platform evolution.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate vendor solutions ensuring compliance with scheme certifications and security standards.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within the payments domain.
- Expertise: Proven expertise with Connex or similar switching platforms.
- Protocol Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO 8583, ISO 20022, AS2805 EMV SWIFT messaging protocols.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure AWS Web Services MQ.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Visa Mastercard UnionPay e-commerce gateways.
- Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
