We are seeking an experienced workforce compliance specialist to join our team. Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions for workforce compliance, and we are committed to helping employers ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
Your Role- Develop and implement comprehensive pay rules within our platform, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build automated systems for quality assurance and testing.
- Design and implement workflows for refining and testing the pay rules implementation process.
- Champion automation-first mindset and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope new features and prioritize based on customer needs and metrics.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll or employment law.
- RegTech or payroll/HR software experience a plus.
- Proven expertise in workforce compliance and regulation, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
